I consider this argument to be one of the best philosophical arguments for the existence of God. I believe it successfully demonstrates to a sincere skeptic that if there is no God, then murder, stealing, lying, etc. are not objectively wrong actions, rather they are only subjectively wrong actions. (a huge and disturbing difference). This argument is jam packed with information, and it is thought provoking.
In one part of this presentation, I role play as Joseph Stalin and challenge a live audience to tell him why murder is wrong. Now Stalin is a consistent atheist and my audience is unable to tell him why murder would be objectively wrong if there is no God and we all got here through chance evolution. Stalin demonstrates that the logical implications of atheism lead to awful consequences for morality. Since every sincere skeptic knows that murder is objectively and absolutely wrong, hopefully they will have some serious concerns about atheism after listening to this argument. Also, since this presentation demonstrates how the existence of God explains why murder is objectively wrong, skeptics just might give God some serious consideration. This argument will certainly give sincere skeptics "an intellectual run for their money"!
